Returns

 

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

All returns and refunds are determined on a ‘case by case’ basis.

If you receive a book or DVD that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us at gehryloyola.com and we will find the best solution for you, choosing between a replacement item or a full refund.

We have a ten-day return policy. If ten calendar days have gone by from the date of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds or Replacements (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the statement of the original method of payment you used for the purchase.
If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address specified in the instructions you will receive.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item/items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
